In addition to supporting day-to-day operations, you will help improve service delivery, drive efficiency across processes, and mentor junior team members. You will collaborate with global hr teams, coes (centers of excellence), and other functions to ensure employees receive consistent, high-quality support.a day in the life includes:manage hr email and case submissions to resolve or pass on queries that cannot be answered to the relevant local hr colleagues.maintain accurate records of employees on the hr system including any changes to employment terms & advising the relevant departments.manage full process related to employee lifecycle (hire-to-retire) in the region of responsibilities.create/update process guides on a regular basis.create standard & ad hoc reports as necessary.support standardization and automation projects on hr processes across different countries.initiate and implement process changes and automations across hr processes.participate in projects related to improving efficiency and work quality.basic qualifications:experience in payroll, hr, or administration shared services.experience working in a customer-focused role.full proficiency in english.computer literacy (including microsoft office).preferred qualifications:experience working with payroll.service center experience.kcs (knowledge-centered services) certification.location: montes urales norte 505, col, lomas de chapultepec, miguel hidalgo, 11000 ciudad de méxico.hybrid role (3 days per week in the office).about inforinfor is where ambition meets impact.
