andx is seeking a high-energy, team-oriented tech support agent to provide support to one of our key clients. Key responsibilities are as follows:
- respond to general inquiries as well as troubleshoot technical inquiries, remote connecting into devices when needed
- accurately and thoroughly document all customer interactions
- alert management of customer feedback trends

*we need*
- 1+ years of customer support experience
- working knowledge of windows and/or mac os
- experience working with ticketing software is an asset
- strong written and verbal communication skills
