WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
Responsible for the processes order and quote entry into the ERP system.
Management of customer back-orders and lead time inquiries, including working with Planning and Manufacturing to determine accurate shipping dates.
Resolution of price discrepancies identified at the time of order.
Understands customer needs in making day-to-day decisions and frequently provides feedback or takes action on changes in customer requirements.
YOU HAVE:
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, International business.
+3 years of experience in Customer Service.
+3 years of experience or knowledge of ERP/order management systems.
Bilingual Preferred.
Desirable
experience in the electrical sector.
Strong communication/interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task and balance shifting priorities to satisfy customer requests.
Ability to speak with a wide variety of internal and external customers.
Ability and willingness to work with different departments within the corporation as part of fulfilling customer service excellence, including - but not limited to - technical support, engineering, sales, product management, and shipping & receiving.
