a planner is responsible for creating and implementing plans and schedules for various projects or events. *responsibilities*
- create and maintain project schedules using project management software
- develop project plans including defining goals, objectives, timelines, and budgets
- coordinate with project team members to ensure deadlines are met and tasks are completed
- monitor and control project progress, identify risks, and develop contingency plans
- evaluate and recommend project resources to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget
- ensure that project documentation and communication channels are in place and up-to-date
- conduct project post-mortems and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement
*qualifications*
- bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field
- at least 4 -8 years of experience in project planning or management
- proficiency in project management software such as microsoft project or similar tools.

- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
