You will guide junior staff and be the point of escalation for complex technical issues. You will perform root cause analysis and ensure closure of issues to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction
**Key Responsibilities**:
- End to end IT support
- Develop self-help documents
- IT asset set up and decommissioning
- Documentation and reporting
- End user training
- Test and develop resolutions
- Participate in audits
- Troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Monitor and track issue resolution
- Maintain equipment stock
**YOU MUST HAVE**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Engineering
- 1 year of experience supporting IT, operating systems (Windows), service desk
- Advanced English (reading 100%, speaking 50%)
- Excellent customer focus
- Availability to work on site and schedule availability
- 1 year of experience supporting manufacturing environment
