we are looking for a junior recruiter to join our on‑site recruiting team in monterrey. This role is ideal for someone with 1 to 4 years of experience who is eager to grow their career in talent acquisition and gain hands‑on exposure to it and bpo hiring while managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
key responsibilities - manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from job intake to offer stage.
- source, screen, and interview candidates for it roles (help desk, service desk, it support, etc.) and bpo / call center roles (customer service, operations, support).
- conduct phone and video screenings to assess technical basics, communication skills, cultural and behavioral fit.
- coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and hr teams.
- maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the ats and recruiting trackers.
- provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- support offer preparation, reference checks, and onboarding coordination.
- communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing status updates and pipeline visibility.
- ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and processes.
required qualifications - 1 to 4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.
- basic understanding of it roles, especially help desk / service desk environments.
- experience recruiting for bpo or call center positions is strongly preferred.
- hands‑on experience managing full‑cycle (end‑to‑end) recruitment processes.
- advanced or fluent english (spoken and written) mandatory.
- strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
- comfortable working on‑site from monday to friday in monterrey.
