*what you'll do*:
- participate in the definition of the sales strategy for the e-commerce segment: direct sales and otas, providing information on the actual state of the business and all required inputs.
- define and supervise the implementation of e-commerce strategy in the hotels under their responsibility, ensuring alignment with other segments and with the revenue management team.
- guarantee the definition of the sales strategy for the contact centre for each geographic area/hotel.
- prepare and validate the annual revenue budget for the e-commerce segment together with the revenue management team and using the standard corporate tools.
- define the e-commerce revenue budget on a quarterly basis based on booking date in order to coordinate objectives for key accounts.
- lead the coordination of the rate/offer loading process together with the revenue management team for campaigns in their geographic area.

- experience: minimum of three years in a similar role.
- skills: strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- languages: native or bilingual proficiency in english; other languages are highly valued.
