We are looking for a junior sap basis consultant to join our operational support team in a 100% hands‑on project environment. The role focuses on ticket management, system monitoring, and basic sap system administration tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate eager to learn and grow within the sap basis while gaining real‑world experience in a live production environment.
Key responsibilities
monitor sap systems and daily operations using standard sap transactions (sm50, sm66, sm21, st22, sm37).
Assist in basic sap system administration activities:
participate in system health‑checks, basic troubleshooting, and routine operational tasks.
Escalate issues to senior team members (l2 / l3) when needed.
Document actions and resolutions according to established procedures and wikis.
Collaborate with team members and support shifts as required.
Required skills
basic understanding of sap basis components (abap, hana, java).
Familiarity with sap system monitoring and basic troubleshooting.
Basic knowledge of linux/unix commands and sap hana concepts.
Willingness to work in a hands‑on, operational, and ticket‑driven environment.
Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation.
Proactive and eager to learn new tools and sap technologies.
Preferred qualifications
