job description
we are searching for the best talent for warehouse supervisor ii. This role will manage warehouse operations and inventory control, ensuring compliance with quality systems, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Purpose
achieves elevated level of satisfaction through eminence in receiving, storage, identifying, dispatching, shipping and material flow movement assuring quality of goods.
Accountable to provide coaching and people development.
Responsibilities
supervise materials associates in attainment of business goals, compliance to quality systems, good manufacturing practices, material control procedures, housekeeping and safety policies.
Possibility to supervise operations in one or more warehouses at one or more facilities.
Supervise the process of material management of raw materials, warehousing, replenishment systems management, and finished goods.
Prioritize workloads, monitor and adjust daily work schedules, and distribute projects to ensure schedules are met.
Support opportunities to improve inventory investment through inventory entitlement model for applicable product lines.
Participate in development of personnel in department; delegate and supervise work assignments to warehouse personnel ensuring continuous and efficient workflow.
Work with other relevant departments to coordinate flow of materials or products and for planning proposals.
Develop and enforce procedures for the safe storage and movement of material in and out of the warehouse. Enforce all safety and environmental regulations.
Correct inventory system errors that could impact replenishment systems, financial position or overall operation.
Manage replenishment methods and improvements to reduce inventory investments.
