- develop and support all product audits, internal audits as parts of the quality system.
- ensures to work with all departments to ensure to follow the soco's system and nc's closure.
- continuously work to stablish and improve the internal quality system (procedures, work instructions, form, etc.).

- in charge of the cost associates to external sorting companies (control and monitor the associates).
