client access & onboarding management
request and manage client system access (user provisioning) for internal resources. Track and follow up on client onboarding requirements to ensure all resources meet compliance and access criteria. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve onboarding gaps or delays that may impact delivery.
delivery metrics & performance tracking
monitor and report delivery metrics, including incident response time, productivity indicators, and aging of requests or deliverables. Ensure metrics are accurate, up-to-date, and shared with relevant stakeholders. Support continuous improvement by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for efficiency.
forecast & reporting
review and analyze forecast dashboards (power bi) to validate accuracy and alignment with delivery and financial expectations. Highlight variances and potential risks to leadership.
ab initio team coordination
follow up on work plans for the ab initio team to ensure alignment with commitments. Communicate delivery status to the client, confirming when work is on track or escalating delivery risks.
client engagement & stakeholder management
actively support client engagement, serving as a coordination point between delivery, client, and accenture's account team. Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely execution. Support proactive communication to strengthen client trust and operational excellence.
