Business Transformation Specialist
We are seeking a seasoned Business Transformation Specialist to lead our strategic initiatives and drive large-scale process improvements.
- About the Job
- The adecuado candidate will have a strong background in project management, automation, and digitalization with a minimum of 5 years' experience in Accounting Record to Report processes for Financial-Accounting Service Centers.
- A bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Systems Engineering, Mecatronics, Accounting, or a related field is required.
- Prior experience as a Project Manager or Subject Matter Expert is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
Business Acumen
- Provide recommendations to stakeholders to solve complex business problems.
- Develop business cases for projects with projected return on investment or cost savings.
- Demonstrate deep functional knowledge of the business unit/organization being supported.
- Translate customer requirements into projects, activities, and tasks aligned with the overall business strategy.
Process Design and Implementation
- Analyze processes and provide recommendations based on the analysis.
- Perform business process design tasks with some level of supervision and training.
Automation Design
- Identify areas with potential for automation and evaluate relevant tasks to confirm feasibility.
- Gain insight into alternative automation solutions.
Project Management
- Assure open communication between project participants and stakeholders.
- Identify project risks and vulnerabilities.
- Create contingency plans.
Continuous Improvement
- Streamline critical workflows to execute key processes.
- Develop methods to improve and establish controls.
- Establish priorities to address process issues that limit performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Systems Engineering, Mecatronics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in project management related to automation, digitalization, and technology (as Project Manager or Subject Matter Expert).
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Accounting Record to Report processes for Financial-Accounting Service Centers.
- English Level Advanced C1.
- Analytical skills: ability to analyze complex data and identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Project management: strong project management skills to oversee the implementation and improvement of the process.
- Communication: excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with various stakeholders and Senior Leaders effectively.
- Leadership: ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change within the organization.
- Problem-solving: strong problem-solving skills to address process-related challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Technical proficiency: knowledge of relevant tools and technologies used in process management and improvement (e.g., BPM software, data analysis tools).
