main responsibilities:
- to supervise all kitchen staff in the proper cleaning, preparing and cooking of all chinese food items, and ensure quality and consistency with hygiene standards.
qualifications:
* thai nationality
* vocational education graduated preferably from a reputed culinary institute
* minimum 5 years experience in similar position preferably in chinese culinary
* strong leadership skills
* ability to train subordinates
* good communication and spoken english skills

* knowledge of hotel’s house rules and internal regulations
* ability to ensure the consistency of food standards set by executive chinese chef
* has chinese banquet experience
* ability to assist the executive chinese chef in new menu planning
