sales and store operations: the ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall operation and management of the store to ensure efficiency and quality service. This includes evaluating business conditions, identifying problems, and proposing solutions while maintaining effective communication with the platform and headquarters.
sales strategy and team management: develop a sales plan and strategy for the store, leading the team to meet sales task indicators issued by the company. Collaborate in the recruitment and training of store staff, ensuring sufficient manpower and high staff enthusiasm and service quality.
data analysis: utilize data analytics skills to collect information related to stores, business districts, competing products, channels, etc., effectively reporting store performance and proposing improvement strategies.

requirements
key skills and qualifications: strong willingness to engage in retail, strong learning ability, good spirit of cooperation and ownership. First-line retail experience is preferred, along with understanding of xiaomi's new retail model. A minimum of two years of working experience in store management in the mobile phone industry or consumer electronics industry is desired. A bachelor's degree or above, with fluent english communication skills is required.
