responsibilities
the role acts as the p2p performance owner for pmf, ensuring cash flow optimization, compliance with global and local policies, risk identification and decision‑ready insights for senior leadership. The scope implies a high level of operational complexity, driven by high transaction volumes, multiple legal entities, diverse supplier base and strong dependency on automated and controlled p2p processes. Manage the monthly procurement to pay (p2p) steerco session with senior leaders to address and follow up p2p balance score card with kpi’s such as; waited average payment by vendor, compliance on fv60 manual invoices records as well as amex & concur key spend and unusual movements to identify potential risks and productivity initiatives.
monitoring and manage best p2p practices across global pepsico. Foster deployed and implemented process standardization, kpi’s, automation across the p2p process, global/local policy adherence, business control activities implementation. Review all controls organization and serve as the key point of contact between the accounts payable function within the shared services and the pmf operating unit.

* manages and creates highlight/ kpi’s for the monthly p2p steerco meeting.
* maintains and provides guidance on p2p key metrics and automation.
* evaluates p2p activities to find efficiencies on hard productivity and cash flow.
* monitors amex process, including unusual movements, builds kpi’s for business insights and t&e policy adherence.
* serves as the main point of contact with the business for special purchasing transactions.
* fosters a healthy control environment and p2p global/local policy adherence.
* contributes to effective results whenever audit the p2p key process.
* collaborates with different functional areas and manages all related management process tasks.
qualifications
education
* finance, economics or accountant bachelor’s degree.
experience
* has worked in accounts payable within the shared service center (preferably).
* medium/advanced english level (both written and speaking).
* indirect leadership / stakeholder management.
* negotiation and influence skills.
* self‑result oriented.
* excellent communication skills both upstream and downstream.
* has worked in controllership.
* methodology experience preferred (e.g., lss, kaizen).
* knowledge of automation and digital tools preferred (power app, power bi, rpa, etc).
