The role
the quality engineer is responsible for managing site-level quality activities and resources to ensure compliance with quality standards, customer requirements, and service expectations. This role plays a key part in maintaining and continuously improving the quality management system in a manufacturing environment.
what you’ll do
* implement, manage, and ensure compliance with the quality management system in accordance with iatf 16949.
* ensure customer‑specific requirements are integrated into the plant’s quality system.
* manage engineering changes including review, approval, implementation, and verification.
* execute apqp for internal, aftermarket, and oem projects.
* administer the lpa system and monitor key quality indicators.
* verify effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
* train, certify, and audit quality personnel and conduct follow-up meetings.
* support hse and iso 14001 compliance and safety initiatives.

education
bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field (industrial, chemical, automotive, quality, or similar).
technical knowledge & skills
* iatf 16949, iso 9001, iso 19011
* core tools: apqp, ppap, fmea, spc, msa
* 8d problem solving, lpa, error proofing
* sap, customer‑specific requirements, vda 6.3 (preferred)
english
intermediate7advanced conversational.
additional requirements
* availability to support audits and launches.
