Your job
as tooling engineer you will be focused on coordinate npi & transfer molding team for the introduction of new molds and transfer to production, working along with us and china on a regular basis.

this role will interact with diverse areas such as: quality, maintenance, manufacturing, management working in the south plant in guadalajara.
what you will do
* design, eoat & robot engineer.
* evaluate necessary peripheral equipment, as well as the correct assignment of presses.
* support npi global teams.
* ensure the correct receipt of molds, documents and necessary equipment before the arrival of the molds to the plant.
* responsible for planning the activities for the correct qualification of the molds.
* responsible for ensuring the correct delivery of molds to production.
who you are (basic qualifications)
* strong experience in similar role with expertise in injection plastic, molding tools.
* english advanced (conversational and written).
* bachelor's degree related to engineering.
* strong knowledge of plastic molding or injection processes.
* scientific molding rjg.
* mold developing and knowledge of the design of plastic parts for feasibility.
* experience leading-coordinating teams and projects.
what will put you ahead
* experience in automotive industry.
* design software (nx siemens, autocad, inventor, solid works).
