You are responsible for the full sales cycle: from strategic prospecting and technical pitching to closing deals and long-term account management.key responsibilities
- *high-volume outreach*: execute daily sales calls to identify and qualify new industrial leads.
- *deal closing*: convert business opportunities into successful sales through expert negotiation.
- *portfolio growth*: manage and scale your client base with consistent, strategic follow-ups.
- *target achievement*: meet and exceed monthly sales kpis to maximize your commissions.
What you bring
- *experience*: 2+ years in b2b telephone sales (industrial sector experience is a major plus).
- *education*: university degree (completed or currently enrolled).
- *skills*: strong persuasion, master of objection handling, and quick technical learning.
- *profile*: a proactive, results-driven professional with exceptional organizational skills.
- *languages*: english c1
compensation & perks
- *base salary*: $15,000 mxn / month.
- *commissions*:uncapped 5% paid in usd* (high earning potential).
