- keep updated all the company fiscal obligations.
- process daily and monthly journal entries and accruals.
- prepare or review various account reconciliations.
- help on maintain a clean accounting and perform adjustments when needed.
- must understand multi-currency accounting and the fiscal implication.
some liabilities are maintained in usd.
- periodically review statutory vs. Us gaap reconciling differences for appropriateness.
- send payroll information to external accountants for its calculation and review it.
- sales commissions calculation
- management of the employee's savings funds.
- additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
*required skills / qualifications*
- bachelor's degree in accounting.
- erp experience: sap preferred.
- experience in a multi-currency environment
- advanced excel skills - fluent english required.
- 3 years public experience, preferent in big 4
- 2 years private experience
- experience with sat procedures and other governmental offices
- strong communication skills both orally and in writing
- strong organizational skills with an ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- seeking a high-energy self-starter, able to work autonomously; identify, suggest and implement areas for improvement.
