Digital marketing specialist – real estate & hospitality
role overview
the digital marketing specialist will lead and execute digital marketing campaigns to strengthen the agency baja's brand presence across both the real estate and hospitality divisions. This position requires strong experience in real estate marketing, luxury hospitality, and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will understand the unique dynamics of promoting luxury properties and lifestyle experiences to an international audience.
key responsibilities
* develop, manage, and execute digital marketing strategies for both real estate listings and hospitality rentals.
* create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, blogs, and property promotions aligned with our brand.
* manage digital advertising campaigns (google ads, meta ads, etc.) to generate qualified leads.
* collaborate with the sales, operations, and hospitality teams to ensure marketing materials meet business needs.
* optimize website content, seo, and online visibility for local and international markets.
* track, analyze, and report on marketing kpis, roi, and campaign performance.
* coordinate with photographers, videographers, and creative teams to ensure high-quality content.
* support special events, property launches, and client activations with digital strategies.
qualifications
* bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
* 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in
real estate and/or hospitality
.
* strong knowledge of seo/sem, google analytics, and social media advertising.
* proven track record of managing campaigns that generate measurable results.
* excellent written and verbal communication skills in
english and spanish
.
* strong design and content creation skills (canva, adobe suite, or similar).
* experience in luxury brands or international markets is a plus.
