keyresponsibilities: develop and implement communication plans thateffectively inform stakeholders about it initiatives, systemupdates, and change management processes.
• create engaging,accurate, and accessible content for various communication mediums,including emails, intranet updates, presentations and other media.• as required, create clear and concise documentation, includinguser guides, faqs, and system release notes that effectivelycommunicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
•publish documentation such as use guides, faq, communications,quick tips and other item in servicenow.
• collaborate with itteams to gather information about ongoing projects, systemenhancements, and it policies to disseminate relevant content.
•act as a point of contact for communication-related inquiries,ensuring timely and effective responses to stakeholders.
• organizeor help support the organization of training sessions, workshops,and informational meetings to enhance understanding of it tools andservices.
• ensure that all communication aligns with the overallbranding and messaging of the organization.
• monitor feedback andengagement metrics to assess communication effectiveness andcontinuously improve strategies.
• use translation tools totranslate communications and other documentation into spanish,portuguese or french.
• coordinate the release of common itcommunications across the americas region.
• serve as the primarypoint of contact for inquiries related to it communications.
• upto 25% of time may be assigned to work as part of the noram itcollaboration squad.
• stay informed about industry trends and bestpractices in it communication to enhance the overall communicationframework within the department.
minimum requirements: • bachelor'sdegree in communications, information technology, public relations,or a related field.
• at least 3 years of experience incommunication roles, with a focus on it-related communicationspreferred.
• strong grasp of it concepts and terminology, with theability to translate complex information into easily understandablecontent.
• excellent written and verbal communication skills, witha keen attention to detail.

• proficiency in digital communication tools andplatforms, including content management systems and projectcollaboration software.
