live the dash travel is seeking a remote travel client experience representative to support clients throughout their travel journey—from initial planning and booking to post-trip follow‐up. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about travel, customer service, and delivering exceptional client experiences in a fully remote environment.
key responsibilities
* respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms in a timely and professional manner
* assist clients with travel bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, and special requests
* provide accurate information on destinations, travel requirements, and agency policies
* follow up with clients to confirm travel details and overall satisfaction
* resolve client concerns using empathy, professionalism, and effective problem‐solving
* maintain accurate and up‐to‐date client and booking records using internal systems
qualifications
* excellent written and verbal communication skills
* customer service experience required; travel or hospitality experience preferred
* strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* comfortable learning and using booking platforms and crm tools
* ability to work independently in a remote setting
* client‐focused mindset and passion for travel
