*job duties*
- utilize various methods for lead generation, such as online job boards and social media platforms.
- collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices.
- identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
- gather, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
- ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
- special projects as requested by human resources director.
*requirements*
- proficient in english; verbal and written.
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting with a proven track record of full-lifecycle. recruiting, experience within agency recruiting is preferred but not required.
- strong knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations.
- experience with applicant tracking systems, such as adp.
- excellent relationship management skills.
- solid understanding of human resources principles and practices.
- familiarity with hris (human resources information systems) software.
Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per month
