We’re looking for an Acquisition Marketing Manager with C2 English, proven experience driving B2B growth in the U.S. market, and previous experience in a BPO or RPO agency.

What You’ll Be Doing
Build and execute customer acquisition strategies across digital channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, programmatic, and beyond).
Scale demand generation for U.S. B2B clients and optimize CPL & CAC.
Partner with content, design, and web teams to deliver landing pages and lead magnets that convert.
Use data (Google Analytics, HubSpot, dashboards) to track, report, and improve performance.
Collaborate with Sales, SDRs, and Ops to keep campaigns aligned with revenue goals.
Experiment, test, optimize — and bring fresh ideas to the table.
Know the ins and outs of the U.S. B2B lead lifecycle.
Love mixing creativity with data to deliver results.
What You’ll Need
