This role supports the it cto product, process & asset management team in north america.what will you be doing?Provide global infrastructure technologies and end-user services focused on availability, quality, cost, and reduced time to value.define and govern integrated service management practices across global and sector it services and products.optimize global it assets and services. Provide analytics and derive insights that drive continuous service improvements. Prevent business disruption via integrated monitoring and automation.the primary objective of it asset management is to enable the it organization to provide effective service to its customers at justifiable cost through asset lifecycle management. Key activities include: procurement, financial management, contract management, supplier selection, warehousing, warranty management, and retirement. Asset management integrates the physical, technological, contractual, and financial aspects of information technology to enable better decision making about asset utilization and new investments. It also includes management capabilities, with the ability to define contract types and to create contracts against them. This role is responsible for software license management and hardware assets, including development and maintenance of policies, processes, procedures, and measures following best practice to effectively manage all existing and future software licenses and hardware assets.
