*role context*:
- oversee outreach, grow and manage the networks of partners, beneficiaries, employee, and public interest groups and effectively engage the community for all the foundation programs.
- management of our networks universities, associations, consultants, private sector, entrepreneurs, start-up environment and internal network (speakers, conferences, etc) to generate interest and create rapport;
- organize community building activities/meetups to build interest among the entrepreneur ecosystem to connect and collaborate for the foundation programs
- create and develop the public relation strategy for mexico, build and maintain a positive public image and increase awareness of the foundation brand.
*key responsibilities*:
- planning and directing the development of programs to maintain favourable public and stockholder views of the organization's agenda and accomplishments.
- organising and attending promotional events such as press conferences, open days, exhibitions, tours and visits.
- building goodwill among an organizations target market through community, philanthropic and special programs and events.
- will identify target audiences, develop and share information thats tailored to audience preferences, handle crisis communications, dealing with negative information about a client and aiming to protect their reputation.
- preparing and editing organizational publications, including employee newsletters or stockholders' reports, for internal and external audiences.
- writing press releases and other media communications to promote clients.
- responding to requests for information release or press conference from the media or designating a spokesperson or source of information.
- analysing media coverage.
*skills & experience*:
- a seasoned professional with 3 year experience the entrepreneur /start-up ecosystem in a similar role with a reputed incubator/ accelerator / start-up ecosystem enablement role.
- sales and business development experience preferred
- experience with crm software
- bachelor degree in journalism, pr, marketing or related field.
- excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- an ability to work on big strategy plans as well as day-to-day tasks.
- ability to think both creatively and strategically.
- ability to run pr campaigns that deliver measurable results and meet objectives.
- deadline-oriented, inquisitive, with great follow-up and reporting skills.
- understanding of social media and solid experience working with business influencers.
- project and budget management skills.
- responds well under pressure with strict time limit.
