Role overview as a business analyst - integrations, you will play a critical role in delivering seamless data integrations between our platform and customer systems (e.g., erps, plms, compliance tools) using an ipaas solution. You\'ll collaborate with internal implementation teams, integration engineers, and customer stakeholders to gather requirements, define data flows, and support testing and go-live processes. Key responsibilities collaborate with implementation consultants and customers (both business and it users) to gather and document integration requirements define integration use cases, data mappings, transformation rules, and system endpoints translate requirements into technical specifications configure and support integration workflows in the ipaas tool (e.g., boomi, workato, mulesoft, etc.) Assist with testing, validation, troubleshooting, and deployment of integration solutions monitor integration performance and assist with issue resolution during hypercare and post-go-live support maintain documentation and knowledge base for repeatable integrations continuously identify opportunities to standardize and templatize integration approaches work closely with product & engineering to provide feedback on integration templates, help validate integration use cases and provide inputs to improve the integration platform and services.
