*responsibilities*
- break down projects into manageable mvps
- interface with business and technology leaders to ensure team activities align with company goals
- identify and address bottlenecks early to maintain project momentum
- contribute to strategic technology planning, prioritization, and driving the product roadmap
- learn and understand the technical details of prospect and customer communication systems, including underlying integration processes
- lead communication initiatives, including engineering development for new or extended projects, campaign execution, and production support
- assist platform users with campaign workflow development and execution, including message sequencing and staging
- work with stakeholders to document deployment readiness checklists and ensure configurations are validated before campaign launches
- act as the primary contact for user requests, escalation of new technology needs, capability requests, and bug fixes
- support vp/director of communications with routines and processes related to the communications platform portfolio
- collaborate across teams including marketing, technology, legal, and other business units to achieve shared project goals
- establish and uphold standards for performance, client satisfaction, compliance, and operational efficiency
- oversee engineering platform maintenance while ensuring steady feature releases
- guide team leads along their career development paths, providing feedback and overseeing team processes including meetings, code reviews, and project management
- communicate a shared vision for projects across teams, building consensus and driving product execution
- manage project timelines and oversee the successful delivery of team projects
*requirements*:
- a minimum of 5 years of it experience, specifically in delivery management
- at least 2 years in a leadership position overseeing a team of 5 or more in a managerial or ownership role
- documented success in managing at least two full-cycle projects or various projects through different stages of the development lifecycle
- knowledge of amazon web services and cloud infrastructure technologies
- experience in development delivery methodologies, with a strong focus on execution
- skills in infrastructure & operations, including system maintenance and reliability
- understanding of communication technologies and workflows, including campaign staging and messaging platforms
- familiarity with metrics analysis to synthesize performance against key indicators
- showcase of collaborative abilities with development teams, business units, and external partners to meet shared goals
- expertise in team management, providing leadership and career development support to team leads
- outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with english proficiency at a b2 level or higher
