What you will doresponsible for efficiently managing the cash flow of argentina, chile, brazil, mexico, and colombia, including processes related to payments in the treasury sector (salaries, suppliers, taxes, advances, and reimbursements) and managing communications with financial institutions in the 5 countries. Responsible and point of contact for the booking outsourcing of accounting and current reporting tasks in mexico.key responsibilitieslead and monitor monthly payment activities.analyze, evaluate, and control the movement of gvr's income and expenses.direct, coordinate, and control cash flows and movements of various bank accounts.control and, if necessary, record all expenses from the different bank accounts.plan and determine the payment schedule for suppliers and treasury as requested by various company departments.coordinate and control the issuance of monthly, quarterly, and annual cash flow reports for the 5 countries.manage currency conversions and exchange rate impacts on foreign currency transactions to achieve financial efficiencies considering each country's regulations.analyze, consult, and verify the status of all items in the supplier aging report.manage intercompany payments according to corporate policies, scheduling them considering local regulations.responsible for the local accounting administration of the mexico subsidiary and point of contact with accounting outsourcing.review the monthly balance sheet and income statement prepared by the outsourcing firm in mexico. Ensure information integrity and compliance with corporate policies.enter us gaap to local gaap adjustments in erp for monthly reporting in hfm.collaborate on account mapping and accounting entities in the totvs erp, including creation, modification, and deletion of accounts in hfm according to local and corporate requirements.enter monthly movements in balance sheets and income statements in totvs to obtain financial statements for reporting at closing.administration and control of abms in erp.support the accounting firm for monthly tax settlements.collect local information and prepare accounting reports required by management.submit monthly accounts in blackline with properly documented reconciliations in accordance with vontier's accounting policies manual.ensure correct application of current regulations in the countries concerning both local and foreign payments.provide reliable information on bank availabilities for decision-making.manage communications with banking institutions.supervise the opening, maintenance, and closure of local bank accounts as needed by the company.ensure updates and validity of registration of authorized signatories and bank signers to maintain an active approvers list per opco according to corporate doa.administrator of banking platforms, managing users and permissions across various financial platforms.provide timely and appropriate responses to internal and external clients.support audit processes and monthly closings, preparing required information.perform other tasks as necessary to meet business requirements.conduct all business-related processes with integrity.ensure compliance with corporate rules and procedures.follow all safety, workplace, and environmental procedures and comply with company policies.comply with the corporation's conduct and compliance standards.perform all activities efficiently and safely.responsible for reporting accidents to the relevant institution and/or departments.implement automation processes in the area and erp improvements to drive efficiency.who you are intermediate knowledge of accounting.university studies in progress or completed in economics or related fields.english language proficiency – intermediate to advanced level.at least 3 years of work experience in the treasury area of multinational companies, including experience managing and liaising with banks.service-oriented mindset.interest in working focused on results related to processes, procedures, and payment deadlines.good interpersonal relationships.communication skills.analytical reasoning.teamwork.problem-solving ability.skills to manage supplier and bank portals.
