- 4 years of experience working in marketing strategy, finance, strategy consulting, or banking.
- experience in creating, assessing, and synthesizing budget forecasts.
- experience with google workspace (e.g., docs, sheets, slides, etc.).

- experience with designing and simplifying complex processes and implementing them with a well-defined rhythm and excellence
- experience with spreadsheets, financial modeling, forecasting skills, data visualization with excellent investigative thinking.
- ability to collaborate effectively across multiple global teams within the marketing organization.
- excellent attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fluid environment.
- excellent critical thinking and business decision-making skills to identify and resolve complex business issues.
