Eaton announced, on january 26, 2026, the intent to separate its mobility group (including both the vehicle and emobility segments) into an independent, publicly traded company. We expect to complete the separation by the end of the first quarter of 2027. If you are offered and accept this position and are actively employed by the mobility group when the spinoff closes, the new company will provide further details to employees concerning compensation and benefits at that time. ## what you’ll do: job summary the divisional materials planner leads the planning and execution of material requirements to ensure the right quantity is available at the right time for each production facility within vgna (slp, slp-jv, km, elc, elc-jv, aguascalientes, and reynosa). This role works closely with plant operations teams to deploy standard processes and tools that optimize materials management. The planner manages supplier relationships, coordinates escalations with buyers and commodity managers, and drives continuous improvement in inventory control and material flow. Job responsibilities a. Checks shortage report and assures material availability for the productive plants (slp, slp-jv, km, elc, elc-jv, aguascalientes and reynosa) b. Reviews and determines if is agreeable to take “add in’s” for additional demand c. Monitor inventory value and is constantly checking overmax inventory to look for reduction opportunities d. Monitor items to be with in min-max range e. Lead supplier discussions to avoid disruptions into the plants f. Scalations with scm managers to solve commercial-shortage issues g.
