About the role

key responsibilities:

1. design, manage, and execute the incentive program in collaboration with sales managers and business leaders. Ensure programs are effective and aligned with strategic objectives, considering factors like time, geographic areas, and doctors.
2. create structures and objectives alongside marketing teams, supporting the formation of sales team structures and defining quotas to meet set goals.
3. manage and maintain the crm system, including monitoring users, customizing the system, resolving issues, and providing technical support.
4. perform data analysis and prepare detailed reports on sales team performance to evaluate incentive program effectiveness. Provide key insights to management for strategic decision-making.
5. communicate incentive programs across all sales team levels. Offer training and ongoing support to ensure understanding and compliance, and manage platforms for performance measurement.

tasks:

1. process incentive payments and resolve related inquiries.
2. define contests and prizes as part of the incentive program.
3. handle cases related to veeva crm system management.
4. manage registrations, cancellations, and attribute modifications within veeva.

minimum requirements:

* 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
* knowledge and intermediate proficiency in veeva and salesforce.
* intermediate or advanced excel skills.
* stakeholder relationship management skills.
* intermediate english proficiency for collaboration with the india-based team and technical support.
* strong prioritization, documentation, and time management skills.
