what you'll do
lead and execute business development strategy across latam
own regional revenue targets and pipeline growth
build and manage key client, partner, and distributor relationships
identify new market opportunities and expansion strategies
partner cross-functionally to align growth initiatives with company goals
provide regular pipeline and forecast updates to executive leadership
what we're looking for
10+ years in business development or sales leadership
experience selling education programs or digital learning solutions in latam
u.s. expat or u.s.-educated professional preferred
fluent english; spanish and/or portuguese required
strong negotiation, relationship-building, and strategic planning skills
experience working in cross-border, multicultural environments
