* leading content-related scope for clients
* supervising optimization of online product catalogs to increase visibility and conversions on e-retailers' websites
* overseeing content production, including translations, proofreading, and checking if content is correct and in line with requirements
* managing small teams of digital merchandisers and allocating tasks
* leading client meetings and supporting teams in client discussions and status reporting
* building long-term relationships with clients by analyzing and understanding their business needs
* staying up-to-date with ecommerce trends
* completing strategies for clients and presenting creative ideas
* identifying risks and suggesting solutions
* tracking team performance and progress towards goals, providing feedback and performance reviews
our requirements
* passionate leader with at least 1 year of team management experience
* experienced in working with clients and building long-term relationships
* consultancy/advising experience to help clients achieve goals and kpis
* experience with pim/dam systems, including asset organization, maintenance, and syndication
* proven track record in optimizing product listings and driving visibility through seo strategies
* proven experience in ecommerce, specifically in e-retailers, including amazon, kroger, and walmart
* good understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
* ecommerce experience in fmcg
* good analytical and project management skills
* team player with excellent communication skills
* knowledge of seo practices for eretailers
* positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
* attention to detail
