requirements:
* minimum of 6 years of experience as an executive assistant to a ceo or director.
* advanced proficiency in technological tools (microsoft office, calendar management platforms, communication tools).
* excellent time management skills and multitasking ability in a dynamic environment.
* absolute discretion in handling confidential information.
* general knowledge of finance and administration.
* strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
