we are looking for a transition support specialist to support the following activities:
* customer onboarding and offboarding.
* software setup of new customers.
* contact the prior management company to follow up on missing items/documents.
* format data for input into the software.
* review customers' payment histories, matching amounts to balances, and formatting for data load.
* create customer details data load.
* heavy data entry into software and other internal systems.
* reviewing documents to determine the appropriate location to load into the system and update additional information.
* general department data entry support.

* phone volume: intermediate
* work schedule: monday to friday from 10:30 to 19:00 cst (standard time) or from 9:30 to 18:00 cst (daylight saving time in the us)

* must: advanced english - technical/accounting vocabulary (strong communication skills: writing and speaking)
* around three years of experience in administrative roles.
* ability to read and understand ledgers.

* understanding accounts receivable is a plus.
