the hr position is part of the country leadership team.
this role has end-to-end responsibility for hr across all sites and employees and will be an effective change agent, creating and driving improvements to workforce planning, talent management, talent acquisition and support.
the focus is on building a modern hr function that can support growth across plants, remote in-plant teams, and office-based staff.
the human resources manager leads a newly rebuilt hr team, implements core hr policies and ways of working, and designs multi-site hr operating routines.
key priorities include talent attraction and acquisition, talent management and development, retention and labor relations, team building, and defining hr structure and processes.
the position reports directly to the general manager of the country with a dotted line to the regional hr director for latam, working closely with regional hr and global coes to align local execution with broader hr strategy.
required experience: 7+ years of hr experience with progression through multiple hr chairs.
university degree, preferably in hr, psychology, labor relations, law, or related field.
4+ years of supervisory or management experience.
experience in manufacturing/multi-site operations.
employee & labor relations/unions/talent management/workforce planning experience.
proficiency or fluency in spanish and english its central office and main plant are located in mexico city, supported by 3 other plants in the country, as well as ~40 in-plant operations nationwide.
this is an onsite position - it is not remote.
