Seeking an experienced Integration and Automation Developer for remote work based in South Mexico. Mexico is open.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines in Azure Data Factory and AWS cloud environments, optimizing for operational efficiency and data integrity.
- Migrate and orchestrate ETL processes between AWS Lambda, Redshift, Azure ADF, and Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal downtime.
- Integrate structured and semi-structured data from diverse databases (SQL Server, Redshift, Azure SQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL) for business analytics and reporting.
- Develop, automate, and troubleshoot BI dashboards in Power BI and Tableau to enable real-time visibility of KPIs across business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver analytics-ready datasets for internal and executive use (BI, ML models, reporting).
- Manage database systems and data warehouse processes, including data migration, automation, scheduling, monitoring, and tuning.
- Implement and support API-based integrations across cloud services and enterprise applications (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365, Oracle, Epicor, SharePoint).
- Build and automate custom business apps, streamline workflows, and document automation processes using technologies like PowerApps and SSRS.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, AWS Lambda, Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse, Redshift, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
- Expertise in Python, PySpark, T-SQL, and VBA.
- Proficiency with integration tools: SSIS, SSRS, Power BI, Tableau, REST APIs, and Visual Studio.
- Experience in building, deploying, and supporting large-scale distributed data workflows using Fabric Notebooks or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with automating and monitoring ETL/ELT pipelines and business workflows in a cloud and hybrid environment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and document root cause analyses for data systems and integration failures.
Preferred Background
- Previous exposure to industries like mortgage, real estate, healthcare, or similar data-heavy environments.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Experience collaborating with C-Suite and/or executive-level stakeholders is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills; video interview required.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or business certifications preferred.
- Additional certificates in Data Analytics or Business Operations Management are a strong plus.
