Your job join koch inc. as an account manager within our inside sales team and drive profitable growth by building strong customer relationships, expanding the sales pipeline, and identifying new business opportunities in your territory.

what you will do drive profitable growth within a defined territory or market.
cultivate and expand customer networks through traditional and digital sales tactics.
manage and maintain a robust individual sales pipeline .
lead complex rfqs (requests for quotations) and pricing negotiations.
resolve customer conflicts and provide timely, effective solutions.
innovate ideas that enhance the customer experience.
capture technical and commercial customer requirements in collaboration with business development managers and multiple business units.
partner with lead generation and marketing teams to nurture leads via digital and social media channels.
continuously learn product functions and purpose to confidently support customer needs.
who you are (basic qualifications) bachelor's degree.
experience in customer service, sales, and/or technical support.
excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
strong problem-solving ability and team collaboration skills.
ability to provide timely solutions to customer needs.
what will put you ahead experience with erp and crm systems.
strong commercial business understanding and entrepreneurial skills.
background in engineering and/or sales.
knowledge of electronic applications and connectors.
project management skills demonstrating goal-setting and systematic completion.
ability to prioritize tasks and operate independently.
advanced capability with digital sales tactics to increase revenue.
proficiency in microsoft office suite (word, excel, powerpoint).
ability to analyze sales trends and define customer success metrics.
strong interpersonal skills for effective team work and customer engagement.
sound judgment to safeguard personnel, equipment, property, environment, and company reputation.
advanced presentation and virtual demo skills using modern communication technology.
