job summary we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive finance professional to join our team in bangkok, thailand, in a hybrid work model.
this role is required to ensure accuracy, compliance, and service excellence.
job responsibilities oversee and manage payment processes, and issue resolution.
handle high-volume financial transactions, ensuring accurate posting, clearing, and reconciliation.
monitor and manage payment discrepancies, disputes, and validations.
track and report on milestones, kpis, and slas to maintain process efficiency and compliance.
resolve payment-related issues promptly.
contribute to system improvements and process enhancements based on feedback and evolving business needs.
required skillset and experience 3 years+ proven experience in payment and/or e-collection operations in a high-volume environment.
strong understanding of payment workflows.
excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
excellent problem solver ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
fluent in english is a must; additional languages are an advantage.
