- proficiency with *jira* or similar tools, and a strong grasp of *ecommerce terminology* (e.g., pdp, plp, checkout).
- ability to write detailed *technical requirements *and *user stories.*:
- advanced knowledge of *agile project methodologies.*:
- ability to juggle *multiple tasks *in a fast-paced environment and preemptively address potential issues.
- strong verbal and written *communication skills*, with the ability to *explain complex information clearly.*:
- fluent in *english and spanish*, and available for on-site *work in mexico city*.
*key responsibilities*:
- *requirement gathering and analysis*:
- collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and user needs for the ecommerce app.
- translate these requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- work with the product owner to convert solution needs into actionable user stories and refine acceptance criteria.
- lead grooming sessions and manage the product backlog.
- *stakeholder communication*:
- act as a bridge between business stakeholders, product managers, and development teams.
- handle stakeholder feedback and adjust plans as needed.
- *quality assurance and testing*:
- partner with qa teams to create test cases and scenarios based on business requirements.
- engage in user acceptance testing (uat) to ensure the app meets business needs and provides a smooth user experience.
- identify and resolve issues, bugs, and usability concerns through thorough testing and feedback.

- identify and recommend process improvements and innovations for the ecommerce app.
- stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive ongoing enhancements.
