key responsibilities:
* plan, organize, direct, and control all station operations to maximize efficiency and productivity
* select, train, develop, and motivate hourly and managerial personnel
* control and utilize manpower through planning, organizing, and scheduling to meet business objectives
* monitor daily station performance reports to identify areas for improvement
* coordinate with other departments, such as system control, hub, and vehicle administration, to ensure smooth operations
* provide support to the sales effort within the area served by the station, maintaining direct interface with the local sales organization and top accounts
requirements:
* bachelor's degree or equivalent required
* five (5) years related business experience, preferably two (2) years in station operations, and including one (1) year management experience
* knowledge of fedex field operations, features of service, systems, policies, and procedures required
* strong basic management, human relations, and communication skills required
* fluency in english and country's language required
