Key role: real estate attorney
as a skilled real estate attorney, you will play a pivotal role in managing property closings, advising clients on legal risks, reviewing and drafting contracts, and collaborating with notaries and public registries. ----------------------------------- you will be responsible for:
* advising clients on property acquisitions and legal risks
* drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate contracts (promise agreements, deeds, etc.)
* coordinating with notaries, banks, and authorities for property closings
* analyzing documents such as title deeds, trust agreements, powers of attorney, and permits
* assisting in legal due diligence and property history reports
* handling donation, inheritance, and corporate real estate transactions

* mexican law degree and license to practice
* minimum 5 years of experience in real estate law in mexico
* strong knowledge of fideicomisos, notarial processes, and public registry procedures
* fluent in spanish and english (professional level)
