**Key Responsibilities**
- **Appointment Management**: Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference calls for the executive team.
- **Travel Coordination**: Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for business trips, ensuring all details are managed efficiently.
- **Administrative Support**: Handle various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, document preparation, and record keeping.
- **Communication**: Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- **Project Assistance**: Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by executives, providing research, data analysis, and other support as needed.
- **Confidentiality**: Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle all matters with the highest level of discretion.
**Qualifications**
- **Experience**: No experience required.
- **Education**: Level C English
- **Skills**:
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

**Work Hours**
- **Schedule**: 20 hour a week part-time position with adaptable hours. Perfect for students with English skills.
- **Availability**: Must be available to work 10am-2pm Pacific Standard Time on days worked.
