Job description:as a training and development leader, you will be responsible for analyzing training needs and creating development plans for facilities.
this role involves evaluating training programs to improve their impact on employee performance and organizational goals.you will track training expenses and submit monthly accruals to finance for budget alignment.
your goal is to implement relevant training activities aligned with company objectives and managerial needs.in addition to your core responsibilities, you will provide coaching and mentoring to enhance employee skills.
you will conduct training needs analysis and design plans with input from leadership.the ideal candidate will establish and oversee onboarding programs for locations.
you will also select external consultants/trainers for specialized training or certifications.your task will be to ensure timely delivery of employee learning and development initiatives.
monitor trainee progress via surveys and manager feedback.lastly, you will adapt training programs to evolving workplace conditions while ensuring compliance with labor law training requirements.
