Strategic finance leaderwe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance professional to lead our financial operations.job purpose:to calculate and monitor overall plant industrial and financial performance results, providing management with reliable, accurate, and timely performance indicators and business analysis required for decision-making processes.key responsibilities:develops and implements business reporting procedures, including reporting timelines and defines key business metrics for performance monitoring. Regularly checks and monitors data accuracy for key business performance indicators to ensure their integrity and effectiveness.calculates, communicates, and monitors benchmarking performance indicators, preparing regular and ad-hoc management reports on plant overall performance.contributes to the development of budget management procedures in line with corporate strategy and policy. Supports plant departments in the preparation of their budgets by providing necessary information and predefined budget targets. Coordinates and follows up budget consolidation and approval processes.analyzes deviations (monthly, quarterly, annually): budget vs real, and provides financial analysis to top management as a basis for decision-making.develops and maintains costing calculation methods, monitoring plant cost results against predefined targets. Prepares and issues return-on-investment analysis.drives action as needed against gaps in financial performance and other business improvement opportunities.makes material consumption reconciliation during monthly closing and follows gross margin.
