the demand writer ensures accurate and timely case development by:
- drafting and sending complete demand packages, including medical bills, reports, and other supporting documentation.
- verifying totals and ensuring all relevant exhibits are included.
- reviewing case details and redacting sensitive information as needed.
*3. Settlements and demands coordinator*
the settlements and demands coordinator facilitates the settlement process by:
- tracking demands, following up on deadlines, and communicating with adjusters.
- managing settlement documentation, including releases and lien details.
- coordinating with clients to present offers and gather negotiation authority.
