- develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- create, curate, and publish original content (graphics, videos, captions, and stories) across platforms such as linkedin, instagram, facebook, and tiktok.
- manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and community interaction to build authentic engagement.
- collaborate with leadership and marketing teams to align messaging with company goals and client success stories.
- monitor performance metrics, analyze insights, and present recommendations for continuous improvement.
- stay ahead of trends in social media, content creation, and online community management.
- support paid campaigns and audience targeting to maximize reach and conversion.
- build you tube material and record content.
- assist with full circle clients whom are in need of social media assistance as well.

*experience*
- 2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- personable.
- not shy of being on camera.
- strong understanding of current trends and best practices across major platforms.
- excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
- proficiency in canva, capcut, or adobe creative suite for content creation.
- experience with scheduling tools (e.g., zoho social, later, buffer, or hootsuite).
- data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
