*general job description*
under limited guidance, perform the following activities:
- processes and maintains controls of hr programs and benefits (i.e. tuition reimbursement, pantry allowance, etc.).
- compiles and reports statistical data regarding usage of hr programs and benefits.
- serves as a liaison between benefit providers and hr representatives on day to day inquires on their paperwork.
- supports hris functions, people soft, requisition control.
- compiles and reports employee data regarding special projects.
- maintains employee's benefits' records and communicates with payroll any required deductions from employees' pay.
- assist management in the administration of human resources paperwork (i.e. Prism forms, salary exceptions, etc.).
- may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
*minimum requirements*:
*minimum education*:
- bachelor's degree in administration, business or psychology.
- fluent in english.
*minimum experience*:
- five (5) years clerical related experience, which includes at least two years in a benefits environment, preferably at fedex.
*minimum required skills*:
