we are seeking a skilled technical account manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for securing customer loyalty, forging strong relationships with external business partners, and overseeing the optimization of api clients.
the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in technical sales excellence, with experience in tech support or data analysis. They will also possess excellent communication skills, including the ability to produce usable documentation and present complex information effectively.
key responsibilities:
* territory growth and development
* work closely with direct sales to position and sell services and solutions to strategic customers
* maximize product distribution from a technical perspective
* act as the technical point of contact for strategic business partners
* provide post-sales technical support and resolve customer cases
* analyze client performance and identify optimization paths
* develop scripts to automate, monitor, alert, and report on the production environment
required skills:
* bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or similar
* proven strategic technical account manager experience
* experience in tech support or data analysis
* excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* knowledge of rest api, xml, json, and similar technologies
* experience working with databases, sql, tableau, powerbi or similar
* understanding of automation practices throughout the development, build, and deployment phases
* experience/knowledge with build management and continuous integration tools
* travel industry experience is a plus
